Ken Yoffe is a pediatrician with a practice in northern Massachusetts. In addition to his M.D., Ken holds a Ph.D. in genetics. Ellen Weisberg is an Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School with a Ph.D. in pharmacology. She is actively involved in leukemia research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.

Ken and Ellen are members of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI), Ellen's writing credentials include a short story, entitled “Fruit of the Vine,” and poem, entitled “If Only,” published in PKA’s Advocate. Ellen is also an illustrator for e-cards and print cards developed by Mountain Mist Productions.

Ellen and her husband, Ken, co-authored and illustrated ”All Across Canada” (Chipmunkapublishing, 2008), "All Across China" (Chipmunkapublishing, 2009) and “Friends and Mates in Fifty States” (Galde Press, Inc., in press). Ellen also published her first young adult novel, entitled "Gathering Roses" (Chipmunkapublishing, 2007). These books have been well-received by readers and book reviewers; “Gathering Roses” and “All Across Canada” are in the collections of hundreds of libraries across the U.S. and Canada.
